» Payments:
All services are pre-paid except when otherwise arranged. Method of payment: will be advised. Bank expenses or charges, must be paid by sender.

» Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation expenses will be charged according to the hotels' cancellation policies. All bookings cancelled within a week before passengers' arrival are subject to USD 20 fee plus hotels' charges if any.

» Bookings:
All bookings must be sent by e-mail to compass@sasplus.com.br or faxed to 55 21 3265-8880. If you don't receive a confirmation or acknowledgment within 24 hrs, please send us your request again.

» Vouchers:
Passengers should show appropriate vouchers, to hotel and per service.

» Legal Taxes & Tips:
In a few cities in Brazil, a hotel "room tax" is applicable (US$ 3.00 for 5* hotels, US$2.00 for 4* hotels and US$1.50 for 3* hotels) per room per night at their criteria; this charge can be paid directly by the travelers or charged to the booking agent. Airport tax is approximately USD 30 for international flights or USD 7 for domestic flights. A customary luggage tip is USD 1 per suitcase.

» Responsibility:
Compass subcontracts the services of several suppliers such as transportation companies, hotels, and we take pride in offering high standard services. Third party liability insurance is not available in Brazil for the type of business or incoming operator. We rely totally on our partner's insurance policies, which are updated every year, and according to Brazilian laws.

» Uniforms:
All our guides wear uniforms.
